Running with a Stroller Around the One-Year Mark

The hour-long runs while the baby sleeps are gone. He knows what he wants now—and sitting in a stroller for a long time isn’t it, dear Dad.

We stop for water, a banana and a little chat. Meanwhile, I’m constantly picking up the clothes he throws out. Sometimes I comfort him, sometimes we watch the ducks, and I keep putting his hat back on because only one of us seems to realise it’s windy.

It’s simply the next stage to adapt to. There’s always a way; I just need to find the right formula. For now, we’ll shorten the runs until we figure it out.

If anyone knows a good trick, I’m listening.
